Multi Color Remplace

MultiColorReplace is an optimized color-replacement tool for Aseprite 1.3.x, designed for artists who need to modify several colors at once with precision, speed, and full control. It’s especially useful for palette editing, mass corrections, and generating alternative versions of sprites without altering the original artwork.

The extension lets you define up to 64 color pairs, extract up to 64 unique colors directly from the sprite, and apply changes to the active layer, all layers, a single frame, or the entire animation. A reversible Preview mode allows safe experimentation, and thanks to internal transaction handling, all final changes remain fully compatible with Ctrl+Z / Undo.

Large projects with many layers or frames may introduce a brief processing delay, and very long lists of color slots may feel a bit cumbersome—limitations of Aseprite’s dialog system—but the workflow remains smooth and safe.
